Client Tracking Software

daily report???? plz help?

im working in a company and from tomorrow i will have to go to the client's site and solve their software (networking) problems. and i've to give a report on the proceedings of the day. jus like a documentation. should it include the 1.problem,2.solution,3.explanation of both?????????? plz help.. jus gimme tips for a format for my report.. thank you

  2. I presume you mean a written report. Document the client's name (company) and your PoC (Point of Contact - person you actually helped). List the symptoms the user is experiencing and other pertinent data. List out the steps you took in troubleshooting and fixing the problem. Specifically state whether or not the problem has been fixed. Done.
