I want a software to record my domain users logon and logout timings?

I am having a domain with windows 2003 server. I am having all my clients running Windows XP professional. I am having Active Directory. I want to know and record all the users login timings and logout timings every day. I want to generate a report daily and weekly also. Please suggest me a simple software so that i can do like above. Please help me. Thanks in advance.
