Can I get some help with job description?

I am a Commerce Graduate. I am working as a Technical Support Engineer in an IT company. I have 32 clients for which I resolve their issues related to the HRMS software.Clients report software related issues for which we have to co-ordinate with QA, Development, Sales and Definition Team, however I got this job since I was a Customer Service Representative with AOL (ISP-BPO). I want to have a job where I have some clients reporting issues with software related to banking and finance, so that I can use my Technical, Managing Clients and Comerce skills. I understand BASIC banking, basic computers. I want to know what profile/designation should I search for ?
