Software to put on a server, for web filtering. I want it to be proxy server, so clients can connect.. more in?

I want to have a web filter.. I want it to be on a server. It would be a proxy content filtering that users will have to connect to when opening IE. Or is their something like a "BIG server management" pack where you have Users, Web Filtering, Restrictions, Shared Desktops, File Access and many more. Can anyone help me?

1. like http://daddythis.info ? Then you need a server(go to wdservers.com) and s/w(go to glype.com) and install s/w on the server and your are good to go...
