What is the best software to use for an estate management company of privately owned homes?

Hello! I am starting an estate management service in an upscale ocean-front part of the country. Would anyone happen to know a great software program that would keep track of clients and their needs, but without the extras in other property management programs, such as rents, units, leases, etc? In addition, any sage advice on this industry would be great! I am still trying to set pricing, services, etc., as the possibilities seem to be endless. Thanks so much!

1. hmm...the software program I'd recommend is TenantHost. You can create tenant account for your tenants and they can log into the system to submit inquiries, maintenance request, ..etc. It does has the extras in property management programs but I'd assume you can just ignore it.
