Client Tracking Software

Does anyone know of any good Real Estate software/program...?

Im looking for something similar to Goldmine where you can manage all of your clients info without having to struggle with much paper work. Im looking for something more Real Estate related. Any Agents or Loan Officers out there that use any good/useful organization/client management software?

1. Try Act database management software. Top Producer works well as does Microsoft Outlook. The number 1 computer usage in most real estate offices however is for playing solitaire.
2. I use Top Producer 7i and it is without a doubt the best. I could type forever about the features it offers but I don't even know where to begin. The only thing with 7i is you pay a monthly fee of 37.17 for it. If you need something cheaper, Agent Office is pretty decent. Of course as the previous post said, you could always fall back to outlook. If you can afford the monthly fee, without a doubt go with Top Producer 7i.
3. You should be looking into Simple Remote. It is exactly what you are describing and is the easiest program to learn and use in the industry. It covers both financing and sales and tracks contacts, properties, calendar, documents. It is also the only program out there that covers both residential and commercial well.
