Client Tracking Software

my emails are not being received. I puchased client management software and sent an email letter to all those

in my yahoo address book, including myself,wife,and daughter. Some people received the email but a lot did not. Why? What can I do? I am using my yahoo for business and need to know that my emails are bing received.

  1. This is not a solution but a suggestion to gather more info: -Try sending individual versus mass mailings, who is in the To field versus CC field. Some clients have trouble with multiple (though they shouldn't), and some people are unaware of filters they have set up. -Does your client support Delivery and read receipts with automatic tracking (such as MS Outlook)? If so, turn this feature on. You may be able to notice circumstances. If not, at least you should know who is receiving what!
