Client Tracking Software

Know of any good, cheap Project/Client Management software?

I'm trying to find something similar to 37 Signal's Basecamp software, but without having to pay by subscription. A one-time fee is ideal for me. Any ideas?

1. well why not try some opensource project management software ? http://sourceforge.net/search/?type_of_search=soft&words=project+management they are free , you only need to be tolerant if there is any bugs.
