How much would this Software Development Project cost ??

Hey all the Project Managers out there. Here are the client requirements , please tell me the rough cost / estimation of developing this project . The requirements are as follows: Warehousing, Distribution and Inventory Management All Activities viewable, monitoring and reporting through out the system by Airlines Secured web-based access to the Inventory system of Airlines. 1. Tracking shipments from the supplier to Metro Warehouse. 2. Inputting shipment information’s. 3. Working with Airlines custom brokers and release of products. 4. Establish necessary barcode requirements. 5. Receiving and inspecting and reporting good coming to the warehouse. Establish procedure for the defective merchandise. QC 6. All products will be scanned, so Airlines can have a Real Time inventory. 7. Quarterly inventory audits. 8.
