Where can I get a list of networking events, in NYC for consumers interested in Security Guard Software?

I am a computer Software Specialist looking to increase the amount of my companies clients. I am a bit new to this industry but, I know there has got to be networking events of some kind where I can promote my product. The events would have to take place in or around NYC. And the consumers would preferably be gated community managers, office building management and any other person whom manages property where a guard is posted and must keep track of any and all visitors into and out of the premises. 1. I would look at industry trade publications and websites to see if any events are posted. You could try some property management companies to see if you could get a contact that would recommend some events their company will attend or present at as well.
