Login timesheet win xp?

I'm looking for a piece of software (Preferably Freeware). I need something that when someone logs onto windows xp, it can record some sort of time sheet for log on times and log off times and date.

1. I generally suggest using web-based solutions. Search the web on a phrase like "free web timesheet software" or "free timesheets". You can find software, but you can also find timesheets to download and print out in high resolution. I put a couple in the sources.
