Computer Software NEEDED!?

I need a software program that can keep track of individual client charts, and post reminders when certain forms have not been provided! Any Ideas? It would also be helpful if the program would not let a form be filled out unless all forms from a previous deadline were completed! HELP! We are a Non-Profit Organization and wouldn't be able to afford to hire someont to write a program. I need a flexible program available for immidiate purchase.
