Computer Repair Shop, needs good software?

I am opening a computer repair shop, and need a good free software to keep track of client's information, previous repairs and service orders. Please Help!

1. Go to http://www.sourceforge.net and check out all the free open source software
2. Quicken for Business does that.
3. You'd probably just need a data base program. If you have Microsoft office, then you already have the software available. You can down load templates for MS Office.If you need it to be more specific you could do a web search for open source software, if cost is not an option. This is only information and probably not the answer you were hoping for.
