I am looking for some software?

I need some software for my business. I need - -To keep client details. -set reminders to email people who have purchased from me. I would also like to keep records of payments. Cash in and out. I cant use quickbook as I am in New Zealand. I use paypal for my payments at the moment. I just want a basic program to keep track of customers that have purchased product and when I need to email them for a new order. Thanks

1. Have you considered using CRM software to help you with this? SugarCRM is an open source software that is customizable and you can create fields for payment tracking. You can also run reports on the fields. Maybe something to help? You can also use it to import into spreadsheets and word doc's, so if you wish to run invoices, you can customize it to do this as well. goto: It is freeware, but also has an enterprise version.
