After I ran Windows 7 Compatibility report some issues pop-up. Is there something to worry among them?

This is the part in which I'm interested: These devices might not work properly after the upgrade. Before upgrading, we recommend updating the drivers for these devices. Cancel the upgrade, open Control Panel and search for "update device drivers", or go to the device manufacturer's website to search for updated drivers. Storage controllers: AAY16WCA IDE Controller (This thing in particular. What is this? Does this mean that my laptop will not work properly after the install? Vista can't find and drivers for it online nor can I. Btw, in vista, everything works [this is an Acer Aspire 5920G, and comes with Vista Ultimate pre-installed]) These programs might not work properly after the upgrade. We recommend uninstalling these programs before upgrading. Cancel the upgrade, open Control Panel, and search for "uninstall a program". (Note: Programs marked as * can be safely reinstalled after the upgrade.) 1. Windows 7 should use a generic driver for the IDE controller, if it does not then you wont be able to install it to begin with in any case
2. If your computer was able to run Vista then I don't see any problem running Windows 7 as well. It's just that your driver for the AAY16WCA IDE Controller is not included in the Windows 7 built-in driver so you need to get the specific driver from the chip manufacturer. Get in touch with Acer to give you a link where you can get the driver. Save it to a CD or anywhere that won't be erased during the Windows 7 installation. Be sure you backup your data and all other special drivers too.
3. That is when you upgrade from vista to win 7. but when you do a clean install (Formatting your hard drive then installing win 7) there will be no incompatibility issue. and dont worry about any drivers. win7 will download & install them automatically during & right after you installed it on your PC.
