Hi, Where can I report commercial use of pirated software in India?

The company in question is a software services company located in India and they are using software manufactured by Hewlett Packard illegaly. I have detailed information on usage of this software like, on what projects it was used for, which client and and for what duration and dates. The company has made millions using this software. How do i report to HP. Is there a email or a phone number? I have searched there site and googled it but it seems they don't have a forum to report this kind of a thing.

1. Report it to HP. They are the only one's who will press charges if necessary.

3. Report it to HP itself. They will sue the company for the illegal use of its software. The company might have to pay millions as fine.
