I am looking for software to track IT-projects: In the gantt chart I can assign tasks to a user All those tasks will be montored by a timer tthat records time spent on a file/task and records pauses. The gant chart is automatically updated. Those automated time-recording is automatically transferred to a timesheet, so no manual timewriting. Timesheets are used for automated invoicing Filesharing by the team SO: projectmanagement-automated time-tracking-filesharing/collaboration tools-billing. so with this, the team can collaborate and share files. The buyer can view real time hours spent/ billable hours so far Must be installed on our server/one time payment/ with source code, necessary for integration/branding with our website. Help finding a Project Management Software? I have an access database that I want to convert to a web based interface. I already have an exchange server with OWA on it that I would like to use. Here is what I need for this software to be able to do: Client Management Job Management - Auto Assign Job Number and Auto-increment Be able to attach Scanned documents to Jobs Be able to link jobs to clients. Be able to prepare billing statements based on jobs. Be able to create records of received goods by serial number and attach them to both client and job. Employee Management Timesheet input Report creation (such as hours worked for submitting to payroll, client reports, stock reports, reconciliation reports for billing, etc) Auto Document Creation (I.E. as soon as a new case is created and information entered about client and job, specific reports should generate and then print for customer to sign) Thanks in advance for the ideas.

Login timesheet win xp? I'm looking for a piece of software (Preferably Freeware). I need something that when someone logs onto windows xp, it can record some sort of time sheet for log on times and log off times and date.

what is this file i have found? WKS file - how do i open it? i dont have WKS? it is my timesheet i did it in may and cant remember what on or how i did it. but i now need to open it - i got a new computer and dont have this WKS file available - so how can i open it now without the WKS software. i did that and i all came up in jibberish, it was in a spreadsheet before i have excel but it wont open up in excel when i open it in excel it opens as jibberish too

Sending documents by PDF ? What is meant by sending the papers by PDF ? ( I am not talking about downloading PDF documents). If I have to send someone a timesheet or some payroll sheet and if that person asks me to PDF it to him, what is meant by that ? Do I need any software to do that ?

Archiving Timesheets? I work for a Private Healthcare Company, and I am in charge of looking after approximately 80 temporary staff and keeping track of their hours, ensuring each member meets 37.5 each week. I receive, on a weekly basis, paper timesheets from each member which I have to get entered on to our system. I need a new way to archive the sheets; I will need separate folders for each person, and maybe each month as a directory beneath that. At the present time I am using ‘Microsoft Office Document Imaging’ using separate documents for each staff member. But this is very basic and time consuming, and has proved to be more of a problem. I scan the sets of timesheets on a multi scanner, which can scan as .tif or .pdf documents Is there any software which is free, or software which I can purchase but firstly with a free trail to evaluate, which can archive all this data? To clarify, i need to archive the sheets (as in a exact scanned copy) maby some sort of photo archiver would work?

can i do this against the employer? hi i work as a software consultant... i recently provided contracting service to one of the client in the bay area...through a vendor of the client.. now,because,there is a issue between the client and vendor, client or company doesnt want to pay the vendor...and in turn the vendor hasnt paid me for the past 2 months.... i have all the approved timesheets from the client or company for the work i provided..when i asked about this, the vendor says,as per my initial agreemnt with them,they cant pay me until the client pays them...is there any way i can initiate action against the client or vendor, for the services i provided but not paid... if i had to file a case,under what category of law, should i initiate a case, for the above issue....
